Merit Contracting, a well-established construction company based on Staten Island, reached out to us at ADMA with a request that reflects both their commitment to quality and their desire to evolve in a digital age. Despite their success in the construction industry, they openly acknowledged having little to no experience with website creation or navigating the complexities of the internet. They recognized the importance of having an online presence but needed guidance on how to translate their hands-on expertise into a digital format.
Their primary goal was to create a website that not only showcases the full scope of their work—from home renovations to kitchen and bath remodels—but also instills confidence in their potential clients. Additionally, we suggested the implementation of a missed call text-back feature.
