    • Social Media Marketing & Planning
    • Missed Text Call Back
    • Lead Generation
    • AI Employee
    • Listings AI
    • Reputation Management
    • Message Marketing (SMS/email campaigns)
    • Promotional Video Creation
    • Branding & Logo Design
    • Domain & Hosting Management
  • Website refers to helloadma.com.
  • You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

By using Our Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree, You may not access or use the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years of age.

Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available on Our Website.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Web Solutions

  • ADMA Web Solutions provides website design and development for small businesses that sell a service, sell a product, provide informational content, or operate as non-profit organizations.
  • Excluded: streaming services, social networking platforms, multi-vendor marketplaces, dating/membership sites, gaming/gambling, adult content, mobile applications, and enterprise-level portals. These require a custom build agreement.
  • Contract Commitment: All Web Solutions subscriptions require a one-year contractual commitment starting from activation. After the initial year, subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

3.2 Other Services

  • Review Request with AI / ReportKard – Customer review management via QR codes and AI-driven filtering.
  • Chatbot AI – Automated website and social media bots for customer engagement.
  • Social Media Marketing & Planning – Posting schedules, ad campaigns, and content creation.
  • Missed Text Call Back – Automated SMS responses to missed calls.
  • Lead Generation – Services to provide leads for real estate, mortgage, wellness, and other industries.
  • AI Employee – Virtual assistant powered by AI to handle tasks.
  • Listings AI – Management of online business listings across directories.
  • Reputation Management – Review filtering and reputation monitoring.
  • Message Marketing – Bulk and automated email/SMS campaigns.
  • Promotional Video Creation – Video production and advertising.
  • Branding & Logo Design – Identity and creative design services.
  • Domain & Hosting Management – Domain registrations, renewals, and hosting services.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Fees depend on the chosen plan or service package.
  • Payments are due on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Service.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • The Company reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • Web Solutions: A one-year minimum contract applies. After the initial year, services may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Other Services: Services are billed monthly and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise stated.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of Terms, or unlawful use.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content, code, and creative assets produced by ADMA remain the property of the Company until the contract is fulfilled and all fees are paid.
  • Upon completion and payment in full, ownership or usage rights will transfer as outlined in Your service agreement.

7. Limitations of Service

You agree not to misuse the Services. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading or distributing malicious software.
  • Using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.
  • Reselling our Services without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

9. “AS IS” Disclaimer

All Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
