Sales Associate Remote · Temp to Full-Time

About The Role

We're looking for a Sales Associate who knows how to communicate, build relationships, and turn opportunities into new business.

Our ideal candidate has an interest in construction and home services and understands how websites, digital marketing, automation, and related digital services can help a business grow.

This role is about much more than reading from a sales script. We want someone who can understand what a prospect is trying to accomplish, communicate clearly, and help them identify the right solution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proven success selling digital services
  • Strong understanding of web design and digital marketing

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is simple: bring in new business.

You'll manage the sales process from the first conversation with an inbound lead through closing the deal.

Along the way, you'll build strong relationships, understand what each business needs, and help clients choose the right ADMA solutions.

You'll communicate the value of ADMA's websites, marketing, automation, AI, and business systems in a way that makes sense to the prospect rather than simply listing features.

You'll also be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals, maintaining accurate sales information, following up with opportunities, and representing ADMA professionally throughout the sales process.

  • Able to build and manage complex systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

GHL Specialist Remote · Temp to Full

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist who knows how to turn GHL into a powerful system for helping businesses capture leads, automate follow-up, and manage customers.

Our ideal candidate understands both the technical side of GHL and the real-world business problems we're trying to solve.

We do not simply need someone who knows where the buttons are inside GoHighLevel. We want someone who understands how to design useful systems around the platform.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong GoHighLevel experience
  • Experienced with CRM and automation
  • Skilled with workflows, funnels, forms, and integrations
  • Experience with pipelines and opportunity management
  • Experience with calendars and booking systems
  • Experience with email and SMS automation
  • Able to troubleshoot complex GHL setups
  • Able to test workflows and automation logic thoroughly
  • Able to manage multiple client accounts
  • Comfortable working with web, AI, SEO, and sales teams
  • Home-services or contractor experience is a plus

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for building, managing, and improving GoHighLevel systems across multiple client accounts.

You'll create workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, funnels, automations, email and SMS campaigns, integrations, and other systems designed to help our clients capture and manage more opportunities.

You'll also troubleshoot issues, maintain existing accounts, test automations, identify broken or inefficient workflows, and continually look for ways to make our GHL systems smarter, simpler, and more effective.

You'll work closely with our web, SEO, AI, and business development teams to make sure everything works together — from the moment a lead comes in through follow-up.

Because many ADMA websites are connected directly to GHL, you'll also help make sure forms, calendars, CRM records, lead routing, notifications, pipelines, messaging, and automation are functioning correctly across the entire customer journey.
